"I have to write this review because I am indebted to Kia of Downtown LA. I am especially thankful to ELOY ANGEL. I was looking to purchase a Kia Rio LX, for the least amount of money.  I contacted several other Kia dealers in my area (Riverside, CA) to no avail.  We visited the Kia dealer in Perris, CA and the sales guy was a straight snake. On the other hand, Eloy of Downtown LA Kia (in internet sales) was very informative, honest, and provided me all the required information upfront.  He provided me pricing, interest rate, monthly payments upfront.  There were no surprises.

We corresponded via email. He promptly responded to my emails.  I felt no dishonesty or pure pressure coming from Eloy. No other dealer could match the pricing and sincerity that I obtained from Eloy & Chris (Mgr.) While there, Eloy spent quite a while explaining the features of our car and how they work, down to programming your radio stations.  Who else would do this? I felt very comfortable with him and I will definitely contact him for future purchases.  If you are looking to purchase a Kia, Eloy is your guy!!! His NO-PRESSURE, HONESTY, tactics will win you over.
