Do you need a place to watch the fireworks on the 4th
of july? Well we have you covered. Here is our list of top 3 spots in LA to see
them!
GRAND PARK
Here's
something you don't see every day: fireworks shooting off the the roof of the
Dorothy Chandler Pavilion. Grand Park's Independence Day festivities will do
just that. It's the first year they've done this, but if they're off the roof,
you'll probably be able to get an eyeful from the Grand Avenue 101 overpass (oh
yeah, or most tall Downtown buildings). The ka-booms begin at 9 pm.
200 N GRAND AVE, LOS ANGELES, CA 90012
EXPOSITION PARK
The official viewing spot for Expo Park's hour-long show is Christmas Tree Lane (between S. Coliseum Drive and Expo Park Drive off of Figueroa), but you can see pretty well from the Natural History Museum's lawn. The show starts at 9.
3980 MENLO AVE, LOS ANGELES, CA 90037
GRIFFITH OBSERVATORY
It
will be crowded but here are some of the best views in LA.
2800 E OBSERVATORY AVE., LOS ANGELES, CA 90027
